GENERAL

Biography

Professor Leonardo Moreno González is fully dedicated to teaching and research, and he is an esteemed member of the School of History at the Universidad Industrial de Santander.


He holds a PhD in Prehistoric Archaeology from the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona and has earned a Master’s degree in Cultural Anthropology from the Universidad de las Américas. Furthermore, he is a graduate in Anthropology from the National University of Colombia.

In his research endeavors, Professor Moreno Gonzalez focuses his attention on the fields of Ethnohistory and Archaeology in History. Additionally, he plays a pivotal role as a coordinator in the establishment of the Archaeological Museum of Greater Santander and the Archaeology Laboratory of the UIS.
