GENERAL

Biography

Professor Willian Gutiérrez Niño has a solid academic background that includes a PhD in Natural Sciences with specialization in Physics, a Master’s degree in Physics and an undergraduate degree in Physics, all obtained at the Universidad Industrial de Santander.

His active participation in research is manifested as a member of two research groups: Computational Physics in Condensed Matter (FICOMACO) and Biological and Semiconductor Materials Science (CIMBIOS). Professor Gutiérrez Niño’s research interests include low dimensional systems and semiconductor nanostructures.
