Biography

Professor Héctor Luis Romero Valbuena, with an academic background that includes a PhD in Economics from the Universidad Central de Venezuela (UCV), a Master’s degree in Administration from the Instituto de Estudios Superiores de Administración (IESA) and a degree in Economics from the Universidad de los Andes (ULA), plays an active role at the Universidad Industrial de Santander.
