Professor at the UIS School of Languages and researcher in the Glotta group. He holds a PhD cum laude in Linguistic, Literary, and Cultural Studies, with his thesis Principios formales y estilo en las letras de tango (1900-1960) (Universidad de Barcelona, 2023) (Formal Principles and Style in Tango Lyrics, 1900-1960). He also holds a Master’s in Advanced Studies in Spanish and Latin American Literature (Universidad de Barcelona, 2017) and a Bachelor’s Degree cum laude in Letters (Universidad de Buenos Aires, 2007), as well as a Higher Diploma in Music and a Teaching Degree in Arts from the Conservatorio Superior de Música Manuel de Falla (2014). He is a corresponding foreign member of the National Academy of Tango in Buenos Aires.

He is the author of the book Pasto de su delirio y color del mundo: figuras de autor en la narrativa de Juan José Saer (UIS Editions, 2019) (The Delirium of His Pasture and the Color of the World: Authorial Figures in the Narrative of Juan José Saer), and co-author of La palabra ajena: ensayos sobre literatura hispanoamericana (UIS Editions, 2020) (The Foreign Word: Essays on Latin American Literature) and La palabra ajena II: ensayos de literatura hispanoamericana (UIS Editions, 2022) (The Foreign Word II: Essays on Latin American Literature). A member of the Libro Total project since 2015, he has contributed over 350 articles, reviews, reading collections, and translations of English-language literature to its platform. He has also published research and reflection articles on Latin American literature in national and international journals.
