GENERAL
Biography
Dr. Mercado is a highly respected tenured professor, who currently serves as editor of the ION Journal and director of the FIRST research group. He has developed several research projects related to the use of surfactant-based formulations for use in enhanced recovery, including ASP formulations. He has significant experience in the use of rheology for product development, crude oil transport, process monitoring and complex fluid characterization.
