She has served as Director of the Department in charge 2011, 2013 and 2015. She served as Director in property from 2017 to 2019. She accompanied the development of the Accreditation in high quality of the postgraduate program, was a facilitator in the updating of 8 Clinical Practice Guidelines for UISsalud; and in the academic research field has advised for the development and publication of many of the research products of the postgraduate students of Internal Medicine.

In addition, she has been an evaluator of undergraduate theses and articles from universities and national journals, respectively. His three missions for the future are: to continue maintaining in the profile of undergraduate and graduate graduates, the sense of integrality and opportunity in health care, with empathy and effectiveness; and to continue awakening and promoting the critical sense of the sources of information in the medical literature, and finally, to achieve someday the development and sustainability of transversal goals between the clinical departments and schools of the faculty, which provide quality extension to society.
