GENERAL

Biography

Colombian, born on February 1, 1969. Professor, School of Philosophy, Universidad Industrial de Santander. Academic degrees: Bachelor of Philosophy (Angelicum University, Rome-Italy); Master of Arts (Tübingen University, Germany); Doctor of Social Sciences (Political Sciences) (Tübigen University, Germany); Specialist in University Teaching (Universidad Industrial de Santander); Lawyer (UNICIENCIA University, Bucaramanga). Former CINEP researcher, professor, and researcher at the Universidad de los Andes and Director of Planning at UIS. He has published articles on political philosophy and philosophy of law. Author of the book I Kant: Education and Emancipation; and co-author of the books: Beyond Modern Philosophy; The Immanence of the Political; Language and Law: Habermas and the Iusphilosophical Debate; Karl Marx and the Critique of Rights; Santander Novels of the Nineteenth Century, volumes 1, 2, 3 and 4 and; Philosophy and Literature in G. Deleuze and F. Guattari: New perspective of Reading the Latin American Novel. He is a member of the POLITEIA research group (Category A Colciencias, 2023).
