GENERAL

Biography

A passionate individual with a PhD in Engineering, she has dedicated several years to studying the phenomenon of hydrogen embrittlement in carbon steels and duplex stainless steels. Throughout her career, she has honed her expertise in material selection, characterization, and the optimization of manufacturing processes for metallic materials, driven by a profound understanding of the principles of physical metallurgy.

Her proficiency in failure analysis stands as one of her key strengths, enabling her to effectively identify and resolve issues. Additionally, she has developed skills in supplier development and analytical support to drive continuous process improvement. Through research and innovation strategies, she strives to enhance process efficiency and reduce rejection rates. Boasting over 15 years of experience in both industry and academia, she has had the privilege of working in multicultural environments on a national and international scale. This exposure has endowed her with a global perspective and an innate ability to adapt to diverse settings. Collaboration and teamwork lie at the core of her approach.
