Biography
Professor Carlos Amarís is an expert in the area of thermofluids and energy efficiency. He has worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the RCUK Centre for Sustainable Energy Use in Food chains, Brunel University London (BUL), in the United Kingdom, as a visiting professor at the Universidad de Costa Rica (UCR), and as a research assistant at the Universitat Rovira i Virgili (URV) in Spain. Professor Carlos Amarís is an active peer reviewer for several internationally recognized journals such as Energy, Applied Energy, Applied Thermal Engineering, Journal of Building Engineering, among others.
