GENERAL
Biography
Professor and graduate of the School of Languages at the Universidad Industrial de Santander, who served as its director for six terms (2004-2007 and 2015-2021). Leader of the Research Seedbed in Language, Culture, and their Linguistic and Educational Policies Didactics (DILECPOLE), within the GLOTTA Research Group. Belongs to the research groups GLOTTA (UIS) and DILTEC (Research Unit in Language, Text, and Culture Didactics, Université Sorbonne Nouvelle). Holds a Ph.D. in Language Didactics and Cultures from Université Sorbonne Nouvelle-Paris 3. Representative of professors before the UIS Academic Council (2014-2015, 2021-2023). Member of the Collective for Plurilingualism and Interculturality in Colombia. Affiliated with the networks EnRedELE, Colifri, FIPF, and Acolprof (vice president 2022-2024). Accredited as a DELE examiner (Instituto Cervantes).
