Chemical Engineer with over 10 years of experience in both industry and academia in the field of Chemical Engineering and related areas. His research has focused on the experimental and theoretical evaluation of the influence of different inhibiting species—such as H₂S, nitrogen compounds, and aromatic molecules—on ultra-deep hydrodesulfurization (HDS) reactions for the production of ultra-low sulfur fuels. Additionally, as a specialized consultant, he has contributed to the study of emerging technologies for CO₂ capture and utilization, supporting the design and commissioning of a CO₂ capture pilot plant, installed at the Cartagena Refinery for operation in a relevant environment.
