GENERAL

Biography

Eliana Marcela Peña Tibaduiza is an industrial engineer with a master’s degree in industrial engineering from UIS, currently pursuing a Ph.D. in industrial and systems engineering in the United States. She has been a faculty member since November 2013, specializing in the areas of operations management and plant design. She is recognized for her dedication, responsibility, and constant desire for improvement. Her commitment to university teaching reflects her dedication to serving society by educating future professionals and conducting research for both regional and national growth.
