GENERAL
Biography
Professor Héctor Edonis Pinedo Tapia is a member of the School of Mathematics at Universidad Industrial de Santander (UIS) and has been an active member of the Algebra and Combinatorics Research Group (ALCOM).
His expertise is concentrated in two main areas: Algebra, focusing on Graded Rings and Partial Actions, and Topology, specifically on Partial Actions of Topological Groups on Topological Spaces.
With a Ph.D. in Sciences from the Universidade de São Paulo in 2012 and a Master’s degree in Mathematics from the same institution, his education and knowledge support his work within the academic community.
