GENERAL
Biography
Professor Héctor Elías Hernández Velasco is a prominent member of the School of Law and Political Science at Universidad Industrial de Santander (UIS). His education includes a Master’s degree in Legal Hermeneutics and Law from UIS, as well as a specialization in Civil Procedural Law from Universidad Autónoma de Bucaramanga. His commitment to research is evident through his affiliation with the Research Group in Law and Political Science (GDICP), where he serves as a valuable resource for the academic community by contributing solid expertise in legal hermeneutics and civil procedural law.
