GENERAL
Biography
Dr. Guerrero is a highly accomplished and tenured professor in the School of Chemical Engineering. With over 4 years of experience, his work has primarily focused on equilibrium thermodynamics, numerical methods, and process laboratory. In recognition of his expertise, Professor Guerrero holds the esteemed position of Senior Researcher at the Ministerio de Ciencia Tecnología e Innovación. He is an active member of both the Centro de Investigación en Catálisis (CICAT) and Centro de Investigación en Ciencia y Tecnología de Alimentos (CICTA) groups.
Read moreHis research interests encompass a wide range of topics within equilibrium thermodynamics. These include densities at high pressures, device construction and implementation, automation and electronic acquisition of experimental data, excess properties, transport properties, and deviation from ideal behavior. Additionally, Professor Guerrero employs predictive modeling techniques to ensure the energetic viability of reactive processes. Notably, his recent research endeavors have focused on the valorization of agro-industrial products.
