GENERAL
Biography
Economist from the University of Cartagena. His general areas of expertise are economics and public policy. In the area of applied economics, he teaches, researches and writes on health, higher education, mobility and culture. In the area of public policy, he studies and writes about the origin and design of public policies, as well as the evaluation of policies and programs.
As a professor he has experience since 1997 teaching at universities in the Caribbean and Eastern Colombia.
As a personal interest, he reads and writes about historical and cultural topics (music, idiosyncrasy and customs).
