Biography
His practice is based on both orthopedic and surgical treatment of pathologies that alter the anatomy and proper functioning of the hip and knee joint, through different options ranging from minimally invasive techniques such as joint infiltration techniques and arthroscopy for the solution of sports injuries, to major joint reconstructive surgeries such as Arthroplasty for Total or Partial Replacement of the Hip and Knee. Likewise, the reoperation (Review) due to complications of this type of procedure, all based on high human, ethical and scientific quality care, with the ultimate goal of improving the quality of life of its patients and achieving a solution for their problems through national and international cutting-edge means.
In 2023 he is a full member of the Colombian Society of Orthopedic Surgery and Traumatology – SCCOT and the Colombian Society of Hip and Knee – SOCCAR. Likewise, the Colombian Association of Arthroscopic Surgery and Joint Reconstruction – ACCART. The institutions in which he provides medical care are Hospital Universitario de Santander, the International Hospital of Colombia and his office.
