GENERAL

Biography

PhD in Agricultural Sciences, Specialist in Agroindustrial Development and Food Engineer. Her work experience focuses on the management of projects, resources and opportunities for research, technological development and innovation for the agro-industrial sector (R + D + i). Advisor to companies in the food sector and experience in university teaching in the areas of agribusiness, food quality, agrifood safety, food microbiology, mycotoxins in food, sensory analysis of food and food science and technology.

Her research knowledge focuses on food quality, safety and safety, post-harvest fungal control, fungal resistance to fungicides and water disinfection by unconventional methods.
