GENERAL
Biography
Professor at the School of Nursing of Universidad Industrial de Santander. Teacher and researcher. Coordinator for 11 years of the Postgraduate Programs of the School of Nursing of Universidad Industrial de Santander. Coordinator for 16 years of the Curricular reform of the School of Nursing of Universidad Industrial de Santander. Author of 5 books: “Nursing a journey through the care of the human”, “The nursing process” (two editions), Valuation by the domains of taxonomy II of the NANDA, “Adolescence and care: the coping of metamorphosis”.

Author of Chapter of the book. The ethical and bioethical approach in the curriculum of the Nursing Program of Universidad Industrial de Santander. Author of the SIPCE software Registration System of Clinical and Community Nursing Practices. National and international internships as a guest professor. Researcher, recently completed the research: Evaluation of the ethical competencies of nursing students of Universidad Industrial de Santander.
Currently linked to 2 research projects: “The reading of children’s literature in children, sick and confined at home, from school institutions in the Metropolitan Area of Bucaramanga: a virtual strategy of accompaniment and emotional well-being”, and the other project entitled “Effectiveness of an educational intervention aimed at health personnel to favor humanized care in patients with palliative needs in ICU”.
