Bacteriologist and Clinical Laboratory Scientist, Specialist in Health Services Auditing, and Master’s in Advanced Immunology with an emphasis on T lymphopoiesis. PhD in Biomedical Basic Sciences, with a specialization in the study of preneoplastic states in chronic lymphoproliferative syndromes.

He has clinical experience in specialized hematology, university teaching, and laboratory management. He has served as a co-investigator in projects on hematologic neoplasms and as lead researcher in studies on anemia in student populations. He is currently a researcher with the Immunology and Molecular Epidemiology Group (GIEM) at the School of Microbiology.
