GENERAL

Biography

Miller Salas Rondón, Associate Professor at Universidad Industrial de Santander, is a Civil Engineer with a specialization in Road Engineering from Universidad del Cauca. He holds a Ph.D. in Land Management and Transportation Infrastructure from Universidad Politécnica de Cataluña, Barcelona, Spain. He has also completed a Diploma in Road Safety Audits.

With past experience as traffic director in Bucaramanga, he is a consultant and researcher in fare systems, transportation system modeling, traffic engineering, road safety, and road geometric design.
