GENERAL
Biography
Economist from Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia with specializations in Project Formulation and Evaluation and Environmental Impact Assessment Methodology from Universidad Industrial de Santander. Master in Planning and Administration of Regional Development from Universidad de los Andes (Colombia). He has 25 years of experience, most of it dedicated to teaching on social development and environmental issues. He has authored several publications and academic articles as well as director of several theses and research seminars in the urban, ecological and territorial areas. He has been director of the School of Economics and Administration (UIS). He is currently co-director of Encuentros magazine and was a member of the Territorial Planning Council.
