With an academic and professional career of more than 40 years at the Universidad Industrial de Santander, he has demonstrated exceptional skills in the planning and management of sports, cultural and administrative activities.

Its focus is on organizational effectiveness, optimizing resources to achieve sports goals and promote a high-performance environment.
