GENERAL
Biography
Bachelor of Philosophy from Universidad Santo Tomás (2001); Historian from Universidad Industrial de Santander (2001); Specialist in Theory, Methods, and Techniques of Social Research from Universidad Industrial de Santander (2006); and Master of History from Universidad Industrial de Santander (2006). Since 2007, he has been a Tenured Associate Professor at the School of Law and Political Science of Universidad Industrial de Santander. Since 2013, he has served as the Coordinator of the Master’s Program in Human Rights.
