Biography
Dr. Morales is an accomplished Chemical Engineer with a decade of experience in the hydrocarbon sector. As a consultant at the Colombian Petroleum Institute, he has excelled in various areas, including modeling and simulation of distillation processes, catalytic cracking, deasphalting, and fuel blending. Notably, Dr. Morales has obtained copyright registrations for two computer programs developed in these fields. In addition to his industry contributions, he has played a pivotal role in academia by overseeing and guiding undergraduate and graduate final projects. His expertise in data analytics applied to industrial process modeling and failure prediction has been instrumental in advancing research and practical applications in these areas.
