GENERAL
Biography
Professor Javier Alejandro Acevedo Guerrero is an academic with a strong background in law and political philosophy. He holds a Master’s degree in Law from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia, as well as specializations in Contemporary Political Philosophy from the Universidad de Antioquia and in Public Law from the Universidad Autónoma de Bucaramanga. Additionally, he is a licensed lawyer from the latter institution.
In the realm of research, Professor Acevedo Guerrero plays a significant role as the Director of the Research Group in Law and Political Science (GDICP) and as a member of the Sacred and Profane Research Group. These roles reflect his commitment to exploration and analysis in relevant areas of law and political science.
