GENERAL
Biography
Mechanical Engineer focused on tribology and dedicated to applied research for solving industrial problems. She possesses extensive knowledge and experience in railway systems, contact mechanics, wear mechanisms, failure modes and analysis, and maintenance (corrective, preventive, and predictive). Her expertise also includes Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), Life Cycle Cost (LCC), materials science, machine design, manufacturing and assembly, manufacturing processes, and the testing of solid and fluid materials’ physico-chemical, mechanical, electrical, and magnetic properties. Additionally, she has experience in surface treatments, modeling, biomimicry, stochastic and deterministic textures, lubrication, data science, material characterization, nanomaterials, energy, sustainability, energy transition, and circular economy. She is adept at establishing industrial experiences and academic strategies to solve engineering problems.
