Biography
Dr. Sánchez is a distinguished tenured professor with a profound focus on environmental bioremediation and the valorization of agro-industrial wastes through microbial and enzymatic treatments, specifically composting and bioenergy. His research endeavors extend to obtaining valuable bioproducts through bacterial fermentation, including biosurfactants, lactate, enzymes, and antimicrobial agents. Through his expertise and dedication, Dr. Sánchez contributes to the development of sustainable solutions that mitigate environmental impacts and harness the potential of agro-industrial resources.
