GENERAL
Biography
Professor Carlos Muvdi is an esteemed tenured Professor at the School of Chemical Engineering, as well as an Associate Researcher at the Ministerio de Ciencia Tecnología e Innovación. He is an active member of the CICTA group and holds the role of administrative coordinator in the CICTA food laboratory. With a wealth of experience in formulating and managing research projects, Professor Muvdi’s research interests primarily revolve around the transformation and addition of value to raw materials derived from agricultural sources. Additionally, he focuses on the design of processes and the development of food products during both the first and second stages of transformation. Through his dedicated efforts, Professor Muvdi contributes to the advancement of knowledge and innovation in the field of chemical engineering and its applications in the food industry.
