GENERAL
Biography
Professor and researcher with postgraduate training in Motor Sciences, Education and Body Awareness, Health, and Quality of Life.
Her academic, professional, and research career has developed in the field of education and movement, with an emphasis on body education, corporeality, and the promotion of well-being. From a pedagogical and humanistic perspective, she is interested in researching teaching, learning, and comprehensive education processes mediated by the body and bodily experience, understood as dimensions that shape knowledge, sensitivity, and educational action.
Her interests also focus on understanding human motricity and bodily practices as mediations between the individual, culture, and school. In addition, in recent years she has approached the study of sports in educational and sociocultural contexts.
