GENERAL
Description
Law Professor. Husband of Mr. Numbers. Father of 24 fantastic birds.
Member of the International Association of Constitutional Law (IACL-AIDC), participating in the research group Rule of Law and Developments in Science and Technology.
Tenured Professor since 2019, with over 17 years of experience in administrative law and university public management. Before becoming a public servant, I had the valuable opportunity to serve as a listed Legal Conciliator at the Conciliation, Arbitration and Amicable Settlement Center of the Bucaramanga Chamber of Commerce (2010–2013). Shortly after graduating, I worked as a Professional at the General Secretariat of the Universidad Industrial de Santander (2009–2013). I later served as Director of the Disciplinary Internal Control Office (2013–2015), Head of the Human Talent Management Division (2015–2016), Professional at the Office of the Rector (2016–2019), and Director of Student Welfare (2023–2025) at the Universidad Industrial de Santander. I teach and conduct research on the relationship between citizens, the State, and the market, particularly at the intersections of medicine, technology, and rights.
