Description
Professor Hernán Porras Díaz specializes in statistics and numerical methods applied to the management and planning of infrastructure projects, process optimization, GIS, and remote sensing. His interests include public management, data science, and building information modeling. He holds a Ph.D. in Telecommunications and a Master’s Degree in Technology Management. Member of the GEOMÁTICA research group.
