Lawyer graduated from UNISANGIL (2017), Master’s in Human Rights from Universidad Pedagógica y Tecnológica de Colombia (2019), and PhD in Contemporary Procedural Law from Universidad de Medellín (2023). Her research career, recognized by MinCiencias, focuses on areas such as indigenous justice systems, memory reconstruction, buen vivir practices, human rights, and gender studies, with publications addressing decolonial, racial, and intercultural approaches for Afro-descendant and Indigenous communities.

She has held academic leadership positions and has extensive teaching experience in undergraduate and graduate programs at various universities across the country. Her work stands out for integrating legal education with applied research, critical analysis, and a strong commitment to conflict resolution and social responsibility.
