GENERAL

Biography

Isnardo González Jaimes is a Mechanical Engineer who graduated from UIS and holds a specialization in Mechanical Project from UFSC in Brazil. Currently, he serves as a tenured professor at the School of Mechanical Engineering at UIS and also teaches in the Maintenance Management Specialization at EIM_UIS.

In addition to his outstanding work as a professor, he has served as the director of more than 180 undergraduate and graduate projects in key areas such as Machine Design for Industry, Management, and Materials for Machining Tools. His expertise in these fields is further supported by his authorship of books on Machine Mechanics and Cutting Tool Design, which has earned him recognition as an expert in the field.
