Member of the Education Evaluation Panel of CONACES (National Ministry of Education of Colombia) since 2019 to present. He served as National Dean of the Faculty of Education at the Antonio Nariño University (UAN) for over four years, where he also led the development and coordination of the official registration for the Doctorate in Education and directed the Master’s in Education program.

Additionally, he advised the Executive Directorate of Computers for Education (CPE) under the Ministry of Information and Communication Technologies (MinTIC) and the Ministry of National Education, contributing to the design of training strategies for primary and secondary school teachers, as well as in the evaluation of the impact studies of CPE’s education policy on information and communication technologies (ICT).

His professional career has also focused on university teaching, delivering courses at the doctoral, master’s, and undergraduate levels, while combining his academic work with research in Science Didactics, Teacher Training, and Technology Education.
