GENERAL

Biography

Professor José Miguel Benjumea Royero is an expert in Bridge Engineering and a distinguished faculty member in the area of structural engineering. His research interests focus on the analysis, design, and testing of concrete structures, the use of plant fibers in the construction industry, and bridge engineering. He is also an active member of the Research Group on Construction Materials and Structures (INME) and the Geomatics, Management, and Systems Optimization Group (GEOMÁTICA). His experience and dedication in these areas make him a recognized figure in the field of structural engineering, contributing significantly to the development and safety of infrastructure.
