GENERAL
Biography
Julio César Chacón Velasco is a distinguished professor in the School of Electrical, Electronic, and Telecommunications Engineering (E3T) at Universidad Industrial de Santander (UIS). He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and has earned a Master’s degree in Electrical Power. Additionally, he has obtained a Specialization in University Teaching. His areas of interest include high voltage, electromagnetic theory, and laboratory accreditation.
