GENERAL
Biography
Professor Eduardo Alberto Orozco Ospino has a strong academic background, culminating in a PhD in Natural Sciences with an emphasis in Physics from the Universidad Industrial de Santander. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Physics from the same institution and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and Physics from the Universidad Popular del Cesar.
As an active researcher, he contributes to the advancement of knowledge as a member of the Plasma Physics, Technology, and Corrosion Research Group (FITEK). His research focuses on the modeling and simulation of plasmas and charged particle beams interacting with electromagnetic fields, as well as the simulation of magnetically confined fusion plasmas and, more broadly, the study of physical systems involving applied electromagnetism.
