Description

Chemist, Specialist in Food Science and Technology, and PhD in Biosciences. She teaches courses in General Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, and Food Chemistry. Her research focuses on the study of cocoa and its agro-industrial by-products, the formulation and characterization of foods, and the evaluation of the bioaccessibility of bioactive compounds with functional potential, integrating experimental design, statistical analysis, and analytical tools applied to food systems.
